How long does it take to receive my custom neon sign?

Most orders are handcrafted and delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. We offer express shipping options if you need your glow sooner for a special event.

Are your neon signs energy efficient?

Yes, our signs use advanced LED flex technology. They consume significantly less energy than traditional glass neon and remain cool to the touch, making them safe for home use.

What is included in the installation kit?

Every sign comes with a power adapter, a remote dimmer, and a mounting kit (screws or hanging wires) so you can set up your art right out of the box.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We provide a 24-month manufacturer warranty on all indoor signs, covering any electrical defects or malfunctions.

Can I use my Voodoo Neon sign outdoors?

Our standard signs are designed for indoor use. However, we can create weather-proof versions specifically for outdoor installation upon request.

What is your return policy?

Since our signs are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your sign arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.
