At Voodoo Neon, we want your space to glow with perfection, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all standard neon signage. If your piece arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a swift exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return your neon sign.

  Quality Inspection

  For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photos or a short video of the sign illuminated so our technicians can verify the issue remotely.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the sign in its original protective foam and cardboard packaging to prevent breakage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
